The house is located on a sandy beach that is suitable for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and playing in the sand. The beach is clean and completely sand covered (perfect for kids). The situation is quiet (silent) .In the immediate vicinity there are stores, restaurants, shipping ports and two bars along the coast. Parking is in front of the house, where among other things, is a stone grill. It is not close to the road, has a large garden that offers more than enough space for children, pets and other needs.
